Paige Miles has laryngitis and “no voice”
The American Idol 9 top 12 start the finals tonight as they all perform during the two hour episode, but one finalist, Paige Miles, might not be able to sing.

On the show’s Facebook page (Fox dropped individual social networking sites for the contestants), Paige wrote, “I have no voice at all! Doctor says its VC Laryngitis with swelling so pray for me! I will make it work regardless but what a way 2 start Top 12 :0} !!! Still excited for today! Big stage now!!!”

Considering Paige is one of the finalists whose place in the sketchy top 12 was a surprise (MJ wrote that she “was totally convinced these two [Paige and Lacey] were goners”), so not being able to sing tonight might not help her stick around much longer. Or perhaps it’ll create sympathy where there was none.

Mike:  Loved it! He's so cute too lol Tara needs to GTFO or STFU!

This whole Ryan & Simon feud/flirting is awkward.

Didi:  HAAHA She be mean muggin the camera lol I think she had a decent vocal but BORING. She always seems like she's on the verge of crying.

Casey: Adore his momma! <3  Looks like he's staring right at Kara as he's singing that!!!??? He sounds a lot better singing in this style/genre whatever. Was toe tappin' fun. LOL @ Ellen.

Lacey: MUTE.

Andrew: His father is so sweet   Got kind of boring and wonky in the middle but it was still decent. Not my favorite. OH MY DOG, KARA, SHUT UP. She's so obnoxious. Not everyone knows the meaning behind every single forking song.   Simon win!!!!!!

Katie: Again, she'll be awesome once she gets more experience!

Tim: The audience is clapping ahead of the beat so it's screwing him up even more   Now it's a bit better haha And that was the most exciting part of the performance lol Fire. Kara. Now.

Siobhan: She will suck your soul right out But I love her lol She's so haunting and creepy. lmfao like Snooki's poof. ELLEN WIN!

Lee: Adored this Good Job Lee. A bit slow though but still good! He sounds like someone but I can't think of who. Is Simon going to make him cry?  

Paige: Not bad, not bad at all for having laryngitis!

Aaron: KELLY KELLY?? ?? aaaaaahahahahahahahaha   While I have the biggest crush on him, he's more boyband material than a solo artist; although, I do see him being a mini Justin Timberlake once he's in his 20s. AWE YEAH DAWG! RANDY KNOWS WHERE ITS AT!!!!!

Crystal: How is she not making millions already. Seriously.  The start was kind of blah but once the band came it, it was a lot better.

This commercial reminds me that I must watch Dragon's Den tomorrow.

Mike: Didn`t see it... I was at a birfday partay celebration. So Mike get`s an automatic paaaaa... fail.

I bet Ryan and Simon definitely saw each other naked before.

Didi:  From what I remember, I liked it. I like what Ellen said about fi re.

Casey: I agree. I like when he sings his style.

Lacey: I was surprised when her father said she was really nervous. She doesn`t come off that way. Whatever though... I like her voice.

Andrew: I liked his fam too... It`s nice that they were all broke ass, and they may be rich someday... But I doubt it. Yeah Kara is stupid.

Katie: I don`t know, dawgggg I wasn`t feeling it. 

Tim: Still not strong enough to win the competition, but he is getting better.

Shinobi: Best of the night. So how long before she`s locked up for eating someone?

Lee: Yeah he did a good job... He`ll go far in this competition.

Paige: She should go next. Her eyes freak me out too.

Aaron: Be careful Lines, he`s still only 11 years old, and according to Jesse Ventura, the feds are reading this shiat. I don`t know... I just don`t like his voice that much... He reminds me of a less talented Craig Sharpe... For those who are wondering, Craig is the dude that came in second place on Canadian Idol, and will eventually have a sex change.

Crystal: She should make it to the top 4... Along with (prediction time) Andrew, Lee, and Didi
